Come enjoy a fun autumn event and meet some uncommon raptors, including a Harris Hawk, a Eurasian owl, and more from Adam's Falconry. This family-friendly event is free, with two shows at 11 AM and 12 PM.
Local Vendor Market

Come shop over 50 local vendors with their normal items as well as one-time-only special twilight themed items. There will be photo opportunities, a live DJ, face painting, and goodies for everyone in the family. This event is free and pet friendly.

Last week: Mortgage interest rates 7.33%. Active inventory 151. New homes 9. Closed homes 8. Median days on market 49. Cooling down or heating up: Stabilizing.
Last October (2025): Mortgage interest rates 6.37%. Active inventory 117. Median days on market 56.
October Housing Market Update for Yorba Linda
Here's what happened in September and what it means for you.
- 133 homes for sale, up from 117 a year ago. That's unusual for fall.
- 64 homes sold, the same as August.
- Homes took a median of 53 days to sell.
- Mortgage rates are 7.59% as of October 7.
- Single-story homes sold faster than multi-level homes, in 23 days vs. 34.
- Sellers who cut their price lost a median of $99,000.
Buyers: you're starting to have an advantage, and sellers are often willing to help with closing costs or pay to lower your rate. Sellers: prep, market, and price very carefully.
