My fiance and I just closed escrow last week on a house that Josh helped us with. After looking at over 20 different properties in person and hundreds of properties online we found the perfect fit for us. Josh was with us every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable and attentive! He answered any and all questions we had and addressed any concerns we had. In the past 6 years I have bought and sold a condo and now bought this home, each time using different realtors. I regret not being able to utilize Josh in the buying and selling of my condo, and feel almost cheated with the Realtors I used before. When l the time comes to sell and purchase another home in the future I will definitely be going to Josh,l and I would urge all to do the same, you won't regret that choice.
