My husband and I were first time homebuyers so everything about buying a home was scary. From the beginning Josh has been patient, knowledgeable and honest with us about what to expect and what steps to take. We really had no clue what to do or look for. Josh prepared us for what to expect, what questions to ask, and gave us tips to get the best deal. Whether it was 6 am or 10 pm, he responded to our anxious text messages with comfort and guidance. He met us anywhere we wanted to check out, sent us listings daily, and looked into any worries we had. We truly would have been lost (and still at our parent’s house) without him haha.
